Return & Refund Policy

At NX Creation & Craft, we want you to be happy with your jewellery purchase. Since jewellery is carefully packed and, in many cases, made or prepared specifically for the customer, our return policy depends on the type of product.

Gold Plated Silver Jewellery

For regular Gold Plated Silver Jewellery, a return or exchange may be accepted only if the product is received damaged, defective or different from what was ordered.

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

The product should be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Jadau Jewellery

Jadau Jewellery may be handmade and specially prepared for the order.

Because of the nature of these products, returns or cancellations may not be available after the order has been confirmed or manufacturing has started.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us with your order details and supporting photos/videos. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

Custom Jewellery

Custom Jewellery is made according to the customer’s requirements, such as design, size, colour, stones or other specifications.

Custom and order-made jewellery cannot normally be returned or cancelled once the order has been confirmed and manufacturing has started.

Therefore, please carefully check and confirm all design, size and other details before we start making your jewellery.

If the product received is damaged, defective or different from the confirmed order, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a correction, replacement or other suitable solution.

Return Conditions

If a return is approved:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• Original packaging and invoice/order details should be available.

• The product should not have been altered, resized, repaired or damaged after delivery.

• Any return must be approved by NX Creation & Craft before sending the product back.

Refund

If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be processed through the original payment method, wherever possible.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Important

We do not accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind for custom or order-made jewellery.
